Jeevan is currently CareVest’s Group President and the President and Director of the group’s mortgage broker, CareVest Capital Inc., as well as CareVest Core MIC. Located in our Vancouver office, Jeevan is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, negotiating and managing both new and existing mortgages in British Columbia and Alberta. Prior to joining CareVest in 2006, Jeevan was a Senior Manager with Commercial Real Estate Division of Royal Bank of Canada Main Centre, Vancouver. Jeevan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from the University of British Columbia, and an MBA from the University of Manitoba. Jeevan currently leads CareVest’s executive committee.

Clint is the Senior Vice President, Lending and Director of the group’s mortgage broker, CareVest Capital Inc. Located in our Vancouver office, Clint is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, negotiating and managing both new mortgage transactions and existing accounts in British Columbia and Alberta. Clint has over 35 years of experience in the real estate finance industry including direct lending, and mortgage brokerage involving all commercial real estate product types with an emphasis on land development and construction projects. Clint holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree from the University of Manitoba with a major in finance.

Mike serves as the Head of Operations for the CareVest Group. With a career in financial services spanning nearly three decades and over 20 years in private lending, he has built a reputation as a trusted leader in mortgage investment, regulatory compliance, and capital markets. His experience navigating the regulatory frameworks of the BCFSA, RECA, and Securities Regulators across multiple provinces gives the group a strong foundation of governance and investor confidence.

Philip is currently CareVest’s Group Chief Financial Officer. Located in our Vancouver office, Philip is responsible for overseeing the corporate finance activities and reporting obligations of the CareVest group. Philip has over 25 years experience working as CFO, VP (Finance) and/or Corporate Secretary for reporting issuers listed on TSX or TSX Venture exchanges. Philip holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees in business with a finance specialization as well as a graduate degree in engineering and currently holds both a CPA in BC (Canada) and Washington State (USA) as well as the internal audit certification (CIA).

Malini Mumick is the Vice President, Sales for the CareVest Group in the Vancouver office. She leads the British Columbia Regional Sales Team and sells directly to qualified investors across British Columbia. She brings nearly 20 years of sales and marketing experience in financial services, including insurance and global asset management, supporting retail, strategic partnership, and institutional relationships. Using an educational approach, Malini helps clients understand CareVest’s investment opportunities and provides balanced perspectives on alternative investments. She holds a B.A. from the University of British Columbia and completed a post-graduate management diploma from the Sauder School of Business, and earned designations as a Certified Sales Executive® and Certified Marketing Executive®.

Amber brings an extensive career in accounting and financial controls to her role at the CareVest Group where she has served as our controller since 2011. She started her career in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Calgary and Saskatoon offices where she served financial institutions, public companies and other leading enterprises with their assurance and compliance needs. Her success in public practice opened up an opportunity in the offshore captive industry where she served as Assistant Vice President for one of the world’s leading captive insurance managers headquartered in the Cayman Islands. Amber holds a Masters of Professional Accounting degree from the University of Saskatchewan, qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2003, holds the CPA, CA professional accounting designation, and has completed the Canadian Securities Course.

Gary Konrad is a Business Development Manager of CareVest® Management Corp. in the Vancouver office. He brings over 15 years of combined experience in the exempt market, mortgage, and investment advisory fields. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Alberta and an MBA from the University of Manitoba, specializing in Finance. Gary has been an active investor in equities, exempt market securities, and real estate for many years. He resides in Vancouver with his wife and two children.

Thomas is a Manager of Lending for CareVest Capital Inc. located in our Vancouver office. Thomas is responsible for assisting in underwriting loans, tracking and reporting real estate market data, and sourcing new mortgage transactions in British Columbia. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kwantlen Polytechnic University, a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia, and is a CFA® Charterholder.

Danson leads strategic initiatives and operational execution across key areas of CareVest. Prior to joining CareVest, Danson worked at a Vancouver-based real estate investment firm, conducting financial analysis as an Investment Associate. Danson also brings prior commercial banking experience with a major Canadian chartered bank where he focused on mid-market deals as a loan analyst. Throughout his roles, he has had exposure to a variety of industries in the capital markets. Danson obtained his bachelor’s degree from the UBC Sauder School of Business with a specialization in finance.
