CareVest Core Mortgage Investment Corporation ("CareVest Core MIC") targets a range of commercial and residential mortgage lending opportunities to include in its portfolio, including raw land, multi-family, infills, office, industrial, and retail. CareVest Core MIC has successfully delivered attractive returns to investors since its inception in 2021.
INVESTING
The Exempt Market Dealer, CareVest Private Capital Inc. (“CareVest Private Capital”) has operated in the prospectus-exempt market for over 20 years raising capital for private issuers.
LENDING
The Mortgage Broker, CareVest Capital Inc. ("CareVest Capital") has a three-decade track record through numerous business cycles in numerous markets across Canada, facilitating private financing for for-profit commercial residential real estate and housing development, helping to support the growth of thriving communities. CareVest Capital has operated since 1994, and over its history has successfully established itself in Western Canada with a strong reputation for providing timely and tailored lending solutions.
FUND MANAGER
The Investment Fund Manager and Restricted Portfolio Manager, CareVest Management Corp. ("CareVest Management") has managed Mortgage Investment Corporations that have funded over $2.1 billion dollars in real estate lending, with current assets under administration of $178 million as of December 31, 2024.
