Rajeev Opal, a member of the investor relations and business development team, is located in our Vancouver office. Rajeev brings several years of capital markets experience in the areas of real estate equity and debt financing. Rajeev’s background extends to educating his clients about select real estate investment opportunities with a focus on the alternative lending space. With his passion for business, communications and marketing, Rajeev offers a strategic approach to managing his high-net-worth client relationships. He is an enthusiastic member of the investor relations department and believes that relationship-building is the most important part of his job and thrives in its success. As the top portfolio earner at the firm, he is both highly credentialed and surpasses the management team's goals for success.

Rajeev earned his first degree in Political Science and International Development Studies from McGill University and went on to complete an MBA from the University of Miami where he specialized in Marketing and International Business.

Having returned to Vancouver after living abroad for a decade, Rajeev enjoys Vancouver’s urban diversity in nature, has a passion for music and enjoys international travel. You will often find Rajeev and his wife dancing at concerts, enjoying their love of French food (primarily, l'entrecote & escargots), or spending their leisure time with their 2 boisterous young children in tropical destinations chasing their mutual love of palm trees. He is also very involved in local philanthropy initiatives, being a Founding Member of both Innovators at BC Children's Hospital and Connectors at Canuck Place Children's Hospice.
