As a Dealing Representative, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, accredited investors, and institutional clients. Your role will be essential in helping clients understand the value and security of investing in our real estate-backed mortgage fund.

Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Develop a pipeline of qualified investor leads, leveraging your existing network and sourcing new leads through various channels.

• Investment Sales: Present, explain, and recommend the fund’s products to potential investors, answering questions and addressing concerns.

• Due Diligence: Ensure all client information and required documentation is complete, accurate, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Market & Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of real estate investment products, market trends, and competitor offerings.

• Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

Licensing: Registered as a Dealing Representative with the securities regulatory authority in British Columbia or Alberta or eligible to become registered.

• Experience: 3+ years in sales, with a proven track record in investment sales, real estate, or financial services.

• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for clients.

• Sales-Driven: Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with the rules and regulations governing mortgage funds and private placements is preferred.
