History
CareVest Capital Inc. (CareVest) has been providing its industry leading lending services and helping investors add real estate based investments to their portfolios and registered plans since 1994. Starting in Calgary, Alberta, CareVest's integrated real estate services specialize in the investment, financing, syndication and brokerage of real estate mortgages throughout Western Canada and Ontario.
CareVest has successfully grown to where it now operates from offices in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario. Currently, CareVest has over 7,100 investors and over $450 million in assets under administration.
As CareVest moves forward, it looks to continue its market leading integreated real estate services building on its successful history.
